    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using AMRTTraining.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Site.

    2. Description of Service

    AMRTTraining.com provides independent, online study materials and practice exams designed to help individuals prepare for the IICRC Water Restoration Technician (AMRT) certification exam. The Site is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the IICRC. Use of this Site does not grant any IICRC certification.

    3. Accounts & Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

    4. Subscriptions & Payments

    • Paid memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the rate displayed at checkout.
    • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
    • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

    5. Free Tier

    Non-paying users may access limited features including a study mode preview and one partial practice exam. Free access may be modified or discontinued at any time.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All content on the Site — including text, questions, explanations, graphics, and software — is owned by AMRTTraining.com or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written consent.

    7. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Site and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using the Site will result in passing the AMRT exam or any other certification. Practice questions are inspired by the ANSI/IICRC S520 standard but are not actual IICRC exam questions.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMRTTraining.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to lost revenue, exam results, or certification outcomes.

    9. Prohibited Conduct

    • Sharing your account credentials with others.
    • Scraping, copying, or systematically downloading questions or content.
    • Attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Site's infrastructure.
    • Using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

    10. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violations of these terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

    11. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
